1. Account Registration & Eligibility

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register an account with 77zoya, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 77zoya.
You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of 77zoya or any of its affiliated partners.

1.2 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. 77zoya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where registration details are found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

77zoya may at any time request documentary proof of your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Until verification is complete, 77zoya may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain features. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

1.4 Single Account Policy

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one (1) active 77zoya account. Opening multiple accounts — whether to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, balances will be voided, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum single deposit is ৳100. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits are displayed within your account settings and may vary based on your account tier and verification status.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to Rocket or Upay may take up to two (2) hours. Card withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the issuing bank. 77zoya reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

2.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal.
The withdrawal method must match a payment instrument previously used to deposit funds into your account, where technically possible.
Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
77zoya reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

2.5 Third-Party Payments

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. 77zoya will return funds to the originating payment source and may suspend the account involved.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by 77zoya are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, minimum odds (for sports), and time limit for each offer are published on the relevant promotion page. 3.3 Bonus Abuse

77zoya reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress, except where continued operation of a promotion would result in a breach of applicable law or regulation.

Settled bets are final and will not be reversed except in cases of clear and demonstrable system error.

4.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including game disconnection, server error, or payment processing failure — 77zoya will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. 77zoya's decision in such matters is final and binding.

4.5 Prohibited Conduct

Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

5. Responsible Gaming

8.3 Force Majeure

77zoya shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, civil unrest, government action, or acts of God.

9. Amendments & Account Termination

9.1 Amendments to These Terms

77zoya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by the contact information on file (typically mobile number or email address) at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

9.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your 77zoya account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any outstanding balance (after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

9.3 Suspension or Closure by 77zoya

77zoya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. In such cases, any balance associated with the account may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited if a breach is confirmed.

10. Governing Law & Disputes
